Barb, I can NOT walk barefoot. That’s my dilemma at swimming pool- I wear shoes up to the pool steps/rail. I often put a chair there to pull off and back when entering & exiting. In the house, I wear extra padded socks when in pj’s and overnight, but it’s not comfortable!

Sigh...that is a dilemma all its own. For myself, I am absolutely in disbelief how much time/expense/energy self-care has become.
Thank you for your response! - what a lifesaver Connect has become for people like me who wouldn't know anyone else with whom to talk about these things.
