IGRT is MRI Image Guided Radiation Treatmemt. It was done using a Varian True Beam machine. Supposed to be very accurate. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks, that makes sense. My radiation in 2022 was SBRT (aka "CyberKnife") and I think it was CT-guided, though MRI-guided SBRT apparently also exists. I did have an MRI before the therapy started, but not while it was being administered.
