I had Covid in mid May. Experienced so many side effects from it. I’m finally able to eat again but not everything I enjoyed before. Fatigue still with me, brain fog is extremely bad to the point I can’t drive anymore.
Doctors tell me in time I should get better but it could take a year or so.
This is not the way I wanted to live in our retirement but I’m thankful I’m still alive.
I have a calendar and notepads next to my recliner so I can write everything down.
My husband is 80 and is helping me a lot.
I belong to several support groups and so many experienced our same issues after Covid.
Time and more time for us to be better. ❤️

Nicotine has helped my brain fog a lot. Recommended by my long covid doctor. Look up The Nicotine Test. I couldn't tolerate adhesive on patches, so switched to gum 4 x day. I'm to the point that I'll try anything once and this is the only thing that has helped my brain fog. There's a lot out there and it's hard to sift through what is reputable. All I can say is I'm grateful my doctor pointed me towards trying it. Best of luck to you!
