I have had back issues and knee issues since 1989. I am currently seeing a Dr that doesn’t think I have PN, I am guessing PAD. The numbing started occasionally on 2018 and has gotten progressively worse this year. A trainer years ago recommended before getting out of bed to do stretching, leg lifts , clamshell and pelvic tilt. I feel,it gets the blood moving to my feet. I had not done these exercises for years, but started a few weeks back and it helps, sometimes I do them 2-3 times a day.

I was doing those exercises in the morning and evening when in bed prior to my knee replacement. I probably need to start doing those again. I do think they help.
