How are things going with your rash? My WOC nurse had me change the bag every 2 days. I would wash the area in the shower with a went baby soap. Then blow dry it to dry it. Then use the cavilon to remove any sticky tape from skin. Sprinkle on nystatin antifungal powder and use the little wet things to make it stick forget brand. My WOC nurse got me New Hope bags - they are European and good for sensitive skin. I hope you can find a good WOC nurse that could diagnose what's going on and get you some good products? When I was in hospital at Mayo clinic they changed the bag every day. That really helped with my skin sensitivity issue to.

I have gone to using a coloplast closed end pouch after trying many pouches. I change it 3 to 4 times a day (takes 5 to 7 mins) I no longer get the itching burning or irritated skin I do wash it thoroughly and use hair dryer to both dry area and seal pouch. Wish you luck in finding what works for you
