I have experienced both the pins and needles and also the vibrations throughout my body. Here are two suggestions I have based on my experience.. Look into fibromyalgia and also functional neurological disorder.

Thank you Ive already been diagnosed with a neuromuscular disorder that my neurologist is treating Historically that has affected my motor nerves and I’ve never had sensory symptoms until now Having them on my face seems atypical so was looking for others experience with that I thank you for your suggestions He’s ordered a brain MRI but I’m not expecting that to be abnormal because I had one in the last couple years that was normal Usually these things show on nerve conduction studies but that would never include your face
