nodules remain stable , my doctor said that they may eventually go away, i will have another chest x ray done in 12 months

i just had a follow up chest x ray , all 3 existing nodules were stable, they did find a fourth, a follow up xray was recommended in one year , my Dr does not seem to worried about this. Am wondering if anyone has had a longer term issue
