I have read clinical trials that confirm that Erectile Dysfunction medication such as Tadalfilatil and others effectively treat peripheral neuropathy. Has any one else got any information

Never heard of such a thing.
It would seem logical since it helps blood flow. Trying to find articles about.
Why has no further work or trials been carried out on this drug
