Does Tadalfilatil treat peripheral neuropathy

I have read clinical trials that confirm that Erectile Dysfunction medication such as Tadalfilatil and others effectively treat peripheral neuropathy. Has any one else got any information

Why has no further work or trials been carried out on this drug

I have used it for years on a daily basis. No impact on my PN.

Did research on ED ingredients, several test have been conducted, all test were positive. No humans were used just mice.
