Thats interesting . Any types of mushrooms , or ? Can I fry them and put onto a steak or something ? How do you eat them and what type? The local farmers here produce the regular type and many varieties of 'wild' mushrooms I notice at the market . We are in Mushroom season now to about January on the Island here now .
