I had toxic vitamin B6 and low B1. I discontinued my multivitamin and added b1 supplement. My b6 is now normal and b1 is now elevated so this one was discontinued.
I think one of the keys to lowering the b6 levels is drinking a lot of water and stop taking all supplements with b6. Here are a few more references that I hope can help you.
