She does not recommend a particular brand. She said any brand would be fine. I am using Hyland's (an old, respected homeopathic company) Bioplasma. She suggested taking it as often as I remembered and wanted to. She said she took it all day long for many months last year to heal a badly broken and injured leg. Her leg is completely healed and looks perfect, no scars, no swellings, etc.
