That's interesting that you say the Big Green Machine puts the meds deeper into your lungs. I've been assuming that any compressor that is creating significant mist is fine, and it's the breathing in that puts it into the lungs. Does the mist come out with more force?

I notice a definite difference in the force of the saline mist with different compressors. The Pari Pro Neb Max for instance produces a stronger output than the Pari Vios (green machine). The Ombra produces a stronger output also but not quite as strong as the Pro Neb Max. Also the Pro Neb Max is designed to be run for longer periods of time. So if you nebulize 8 ml instead of 4 ml it does not over heat. And using it twice a day is not an issue whereas the Pari Vios seems to malfunction if used twice a day over a period of time.
