You are most welcome! A lot of people here have, in turn, helped me too!
Hang in there with the Tymlos. Most people DON'T have side effects, but some of us DO and this forum is amazing for that support! Be sure you have had your calcium and Vit D labs done before you go any further - with either. Neither should be too high. My calcium has always been 9.7 no matter the weather, LOL. So if your calcium is normal you would NOT take any supplement. It is the same with the Vit D -- I do take a D supplement and had to make sure it stays in range. Good luck!

I’m on Alendronate 70mg every 7 days orally.
