Off Prednisone but Residual Stiffness

Diagnosed with PMR in February, CRP test results showing inflammation at 66. Started prednisone 20 mg, considerable progress, CRP results now 6 (normal 0-8) and prednisone 10mg. BUT I still have considerable stiffness and recently pain that feels like nerve pain, buttock and one leg. Sciatica on top of PMR?

I have the same thing. It appears I have lumbar stenosis, and I’m being treated for it, but I believe it all became worse with PMR. the stenosis has been there for years and never caused a problem. But now I’m in constant pain. I’m not taking prednisone any longer, but I may have to go back to it if the spine treatments do not help.
