How many 7% saline do you use during one airway clearance? I find that I need more than 4ml.
Will 8ml be too much even if I can tolerate it?

I also have to use 8 ml, and my pulmonologist is ok with this. I have had hemoptysis before, but the 8 ml has not caused any more issues than 4 ml, and I get a lot more "gunk" cleared out.

My pulmo is fine with me using 2 or 1.5. He is ok with whatever works for me.
