Has anyone lost weight on Lupron and Letrozole?

Yes. That's my concern the fact that I am having a hard time gaining weight. I started both Letrozole and Lupron 2 months ago. When I was first diagnosed back in March. I was afraid to eat anything and also got depressed so I lost 10 lbs. Now after my lumpectomy, radiation and I am trying to gain back what I lost and I am finding it hard to get it back. Maybe because I cut all added sugar? I don't know. I am afraid my body is doing something else I don't know about? It just makes me nervous

I certainly understand being nervous. Assuming your oncologist is monitoring you and isn't concerned you might consider talking to a nutritionist. That might really help with how and what to eat. I'm guessing eating a bit more frequently and something nutrition packed--like smoothies with protein--could be good. My sister who had breast cancer over ten years ago still sees her nutritionist from time to time and really feels it has helped her--emotionally, too. Wishing you all the best.
