I have been taking Fortibone, along with these products: OsetoStim and osteo MineralWhey for about the past year and my recent bone scan showed a 10% improvement in BMD in my lower spine and hip. The products are available through the website of Keith McCormack, DC and he does consults

Hi @npregozen

You mentioned in another comment (can't find it now) that you've also been using cell salts. I had to look up what that was and am surprised I hadn't heard of it before, because it sounds promising. Thank you for sharing.

I'm curious if anyone else in this group has used cell salts.
