Two things. It is her PF, not neuropathy she states was cured.
If, by chance, your neuropathy is caused by statins you might be taking, going off them can relieve some of the pain of any statin caused neuropathy. There are some other prescriptions (non-statin) that may be used for high cholesterol instead. If that applies to you.
Welcome @pqr437dth, You are right about there being no cure for neuropathy. I think what @bunnybear said was that the Oofos slides cured her plantar fasciitis (PF) not her neuropathy. While there is no cure for neuropathy, there are a lot of different treatments that provide some relief and also a lot of things we can do for ourselves to help with the quality of our lives.
