What is the difference between R-ALA and NA R-ALA

Which of these are best for peripheral neuropathy or doesn’t it matter

I'm not an expert by a long shot but I think either is OK but Na-R-ALA is more bioavailable and cost a little more. Here's some research if you want to dig down more.
