First of all your doctors can and should explain this to you until
you feel you understand clearly. But They may have said you have “FICO Grade 1” which means a slow growing type of cancer. This can can tell before the surgery.
As I wrote below I had similar type pain and was fearful that meant I had a later stage endometrial cancer. Most doctors said they thought the pain was most likely unrelated to my cancer. I just had a complete robotic hysterectomy
2 weeks ago. Luckily for me it was stage 1 A 🙏. I continued to have very similar pain after the surgery until about a week ago. It is now almost gone and my surgeon believes I just had very sensitive nerves near my uterus. Now they are healing. Everyone is so different !! I hope this helps.

@sor1959 Thank you for sharing your journey through surgery. I'm pleased to know that you were staged 1A and that the pain you felt that you worried you so is 90% gone.

Did your surgeon/oncologist suggest any further treatment? How often will you return for your periodic check-ups?
