Hi, @michael2735 - Welcome to Connect. I am a transplant recipient and I received my organs from an annonymous deceased donor. (Liver and Kidney -2009 - Mayo Rochester) I can understand the fear and the stress that you and your wife are currently experiencing. While this is a blog about living donors, it is not a plac to recruit donors, but rather a place to gather information and to learn with/from other members.
Here are some discussions in the Transplant Support Group. In these discussions members share creative ways to find a donor:

Michael, I will lbe looking forward to meeting you in any of these discussions. Is your wife in need of a liver or a kidney transplant? Has she been evaluated and approved for a transplant?
