Dizziness/vertigo caused by Reclast infusion

I am experiencing severe dizziness/vertigo following my first Reclast infusion. My doctor doesn’t seem to know what to do. Has anyone else had this problem?

How long has it been. I had fever, then pins and needles, then some dizziness over the first weeks but then was fine. Hope that is true for you!

In my experience PT's are the best at diagnosing and treating dizziness and vertigo, at least a PT well-trained in vertigo and balance. There are several different types and many of them do have treatment.

I too, had quite a time with my first Reclast infusion with dizziness, balance problems and odd muscle cramping in various parts of my body. It took about a month for it to work itself out. I've just finished the end of my 3rd year. Had 3 infusions all together and had no problem at all with the 2nd and 3rd. Hopefully your dizziness will abate as mine did. Take care.

Thank you. I’m so glad to hear that it eventually stopped! That gives me hope 😄!
