I checked with my nephrologist PA. We went through all possibilities. She did not think in was an infection. Thought either muscle pull or colon. Said often colon and kidney pain are hard to distinguish. But said go straight to ER with various symptoms, vomiting, extreme headache etc.

My husband and I tested positive for Covid yesterday!
