Thanks for confirming that dosage. I'm just not sure about a quality brand of mk4 in that dosage. I've been taking Relentless Improvement, but hard to know if it's legit.

@sonodeka Best way to know if a brand of supplements is legit and has in it what it claims is to join consumerlab.com. They are like the Consumer Reports of supplements.
