That is the dosage Dr. Kim Millman for MK4 recommends. I have seen that dosage in the literature also.

Thanks for confirming that dosage. I'm just not sure about a quality brand of mk4 in that dosage. I've been taking Relentless Improvement, but hard to know if it's legit.
