Has anyone had a Prolia injection?
Bone density poor results. I’m taking Verenzio and Anastrozole. Wonder about side effects.

Hi, I had two Prolia injections 6 months apart. No problems.
I know there can be side effects as my first cousin had jaw Necrosis.
If you decide to do Prolia make sure you get a dental check up prior and tell the dentist about the Prolia injections.
I have my dexa scan next week. I'll find out if this AI drug has weakened my bones.

2 ReactionsI am on Prolea for two years. Due for bone density test. Praying that test comes out good. No side effects.
Also taking Exesmestane, its terrible and about to make a switch.

2 ReactionsFor those of you who have lower bone density / weakened bones due to an AI, how long did it take for the AI to start thinning your bones? I've been on it for about 6mo., no DXA scan ordered yet by my doc.
Also curious if anyone has found that resistance training / weightlifting has helped slow down the bone loss?
