I'm sorry I was assuming you were taking the capsules. Are your tablets the extended release version? I can understand not altering that type of tablet, but if they're immediate release, did he give you a reason why you couldn't cut it?

It is extended release. I’m not sure if I maybe I could get the immediate release kind. I’ll ask my doctor. Thank you for posting. I saw that it is not recommended to alternate days.
