Didn't have a test--the MD just knew and the meds helped me put on weight--mine was due to two abdominal surgeries. I haven't heard of SEED--what is it?

moudsie80, I first saw it online, then TV, then someone here, said to look for the green container on Amazon. I have not done it yet, but if it does what it says... it survives the stomach acids, ect and makes it all the way through your intestinal tract. I think it's kinda expensive, but so is going to the dumb doctor. ShelleyW
