Someone wrote a long answer, here is a portion of it: "on drugs.com in the Reclast Prescribing Information: "While not observed in clinical trials with Reclast, there have been reports of bronchoconstriction in aspirin-sensitive patients receiving bisphosphonates. Use Reclast with caution in aspirin-sensitive patients."
