Thank you, @roseflame!Thank you for the advice! I will start biotin! I also have elevated blood sugar (due to Lanreatide), but am not on any medications yet and taking bitter melon and watching carbs.

Did you ever start taking the Biotin? If so, did it seem to help with the hair-loss? Would love to hear if that helpful.
