Consider keeping a food log and getting a celiac panel blood test, in case covid triggered celiac. You have to be eating gluten for a while before the test, otherwise it will be negative. Gluten is in a lot of things, including most restaurant food. My celiac was triggered 14 years ago by H1N1. Eight years ago I developed collagenous colitis; when you have one autoimmune disease you tend to collect others (a rather sucky hobby). So, I don't eat and gluten or NSAIDs and minimize legumes (soy, peanuts, beans...) and alcohol. I eat a mostly FODMAP diet but with dairy.

Thank you. I have been tested for celiac, negative. I've also tried the FODMAP diet. Apparently, that's not the problem. Yes, I do have other autoimmune issues, including IBS-C and formerly, IBS-D. Appreciate your feedback, though.
