Have you tried dried ginger root caps to help with motility? If you decide to try it you want a brand that is high in gingerols like Mountain rose Herbs (higher quality than Spring Valley) or Spring Valley brand (Walmart).

I know it helps with digestion in the stomach and small intestine but not sure about the large intestine. I take a cap after every meal to help with a slight nausea feeling. If you are diabetic or on blood thinners this supplement is not for you as it thins the blood and might interact with diabetic meds.

Hope this helps!

I am curious if fresh sugar ginger slices would work the same. I have C IBS, MS for many years and last tests showed actually No motility. I have had constipation for quite awhile and they tried linzess And another super expensive drug. I will try some of these new ideas I have found on this site. Currently, I have built resistance to most OTC meds and now dependent on digital stim as well as suppositories. So much constant belly pain and bloating is my life. Thank you for any opinions
