Motility not mobility, right?
I am also plagued by constant low motility and chronic constipation. These issues are not affected by what I eat or anything else having to do with my diet. I am simply the king of flatulence. It is a common event after I eat a meal but will also come about in the middle of the day when I haven't eaten anything. As often as not, the flatus is fairly non-odorous; however once in awhile it is nuclear in intensity and whiffiness. I would love to know what is the best anti-flatulence preparation on the market and what you suggest I can do to help myself out of this stinky swamp!

mikhailyza0403, I am very similar to you, motility issues. You speak of odorless flatulence... it seems much more like simple air, in me. 17+ yrs of CIC, but this air explosions are only 2+ yrs. It's different than the typical gas, for me. I mentioned this in a previous post, activated charcoal has been very effective, for me, with real gas, but not for this air. If you have not used charcoal before , check to be sure that it is ok for you.
If you are willing, would you describe what your motility and chronic 💩 feels like to you?
My motility, smooth muscles are needed for this, I am praying is related to my Hyperparathyroidism and elevated calcium levels. Calcium is much much more important than I ever imagined. My smooth muscles, for pooping, are almost non functional now. I am having parathyroid surgery as soon as I can get 2 new issues under control.
Thanx, ShelleyW

Yes motility-Freudion slip
As its not very mobile
Would love to have any movement- have to rely on Magnesium Citrate.
Lost my Dr. because I wanted searched for possible ideas, before having surgery.

mikhaileyza0403,
Ain't these 💩💩issues the pits. CIC has been my constant companion for 17 yrs (what the heck do these GI docs study in school) So hold your head high and embrace your title of King of flatulence 👑 Laugh for the day....stinky gas does not even make my top 30 problems... but I guess since I rarely leave the house, I can just shut the door.
