Hi, I also have these cysts on my lower Cervical, Thoracic and lumbar spine. I am in agonizing pain and don’t find any specialist where I live in Quebec Canada to help me with it. I have been suffering from chronic pain and have been diagnosed with myofacial pain syndrome, torticolis, fibromyalgia, endometriosis…I would appreciate any insight since symptomatic Thoracic perineural cysts are rare.

@somelie Hello and welcome to Connect. I know it's difficult to try to seek care in the US when you don't live there. I tried a search for surgeons who treat Tarlov Cysts in Quebec, and I was able to find this link. Hopefully they can help.

For myofascial pain, a specialist trained in John F Barnes myofascial release (MFR) may be able to help. There is one listed in Montreal.
