I have a situation exactly like yours I’m 29 and it’s been 1 year+ with the post symptoms… I’ve gone to the urologist had the procedures . Been back and forth between primary, gyno and urogyno and nothing. I’ve also been prescribed medication for overactive bladder and am scheduled for pelvic floor therapy bc they believe it’s just a matter of weak pelvis muscles. They’ve also suggested endometriosis which I’m not completely against but I don’t think it’s the cause of the overactive bladder. Not to mention there’s no real diagnosis for it besides the invasive surgery they have…. Did you ever get any updates as to what is happening?
