I have burning pain in the back of my calves which are also warm to the touch.

This only happens at night in bed.

I had ILC BC and radiation and now Letrozole for 17 months.

I am now off Letrozole for a few weeks. Am at one week off point and still have this pain.

Early on, the breast surgeon said that this was not cardiac but caused by the Letrozole.
If I stay in bed when I wake up, the pain then goes to the heel and down to middle of foot and the Achilles’ tendons both hurt.

Is this neuropathy? I did not have chemotherapy.

Some days, both Achilles’ tendons hurt and swell in the daytime.
