Mridian at UCLA

Datu, Kishan would have been my choice. At the time there was only an inoperable Mridian Viewray at UCLA. I don't know if UCLA has decided to use other MRI guided radiation treatments (which may be preferrable with Kishan as your RO) or if the Mridian Viewray has been restored. At that time the margin with the Viewray was 1 mm narrower. Back then there was a Viewray at City of Hope Irvine and another at Hoag in New Port Beach.
You are in a great position. Best luck with your treatment.

MRIdian is fully restored and they have more cash than they ever did. UCLA are pioneers with that machine and are working with the design engineers. For a period they were installing markers just in case moving to CT was needed but now all is good and they are treating on it again. source…. Had my follow up yesterday with the Chair of RO, Michael Steinberg
