The Gerolsteiner mineral water in the glass bottles is 750 ml or 25 oz. I drink 1/2 of a bottle a day which is about 12 oz. That provides 100mg of calcium plus other minerals. It’s another way of getting more calcium. I don’t know of any side effects from it.
