I doubt that the numbers you refer to are Signatera, as these results are simply reported as either negative or positive.

We have been getting Signatera tests every 6 weeks for 2 years and we always get numbers not just negative and positive.

This is not correct info. I get the Signatera done as part of my bloodwork. It gives you actual numbers and a scale that shows an increase or decrease.
