I have researched supplements for synergy with my Humira for psoriatic
arthritis. I am an advocate of Mediterranean diet and gluten avoidance.
Some other anti inflammatory adjuncts are statins, turmeric, stevia, CoQ10,
dark chocolate , vitamin D and melatonin. Glad to hear you are progressing
with sleep as it is very important. Do you have access to pool therapy?

I wouldn’t move as much as I do without my pool therapy. It is hard to find a good therapy pool but it’s so worth the hunt . I have Rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. I do take methotrexate and an Enbrel injection which I don’t like doing but after not walking for 6 months I do appreciate the treatment being available . At 68 I’ve stopped many things I have enjoyed for years but the pool definitely helps me get in touch with my more active self . Good luck to all -

I definitely agree with you on some of the recommendations! Most ORGANIC foods are non-gmo and don't cause inflammation. The exceptions are nightshades and lectins. Most can tolerate but one can have a sensitivity to some of these foods and the result: inflammation.
Consult with a provider and dietician to make sure those other supports are not countering the effects of some of any meds.

Pool therapy-love it. I taught water aerobics. Best thing!
