Hi,
After 30+ years in the 8 to 10 range for cholesterol and having reacted to all meds I was feed I stopped worrying about it and no longer medicate it. A cholesterol specialist checked me over and confirms my eating habits were good 30 years ago, so I can only assume the man made rubbish is just that, rubbish. Regardless of my physical state the cholesterol level never differed for me, from extremely fit to couch patatoe always around the 9's.
I suffered kidney damage through accident 12 years ago and went onto a "kidney friendly" diet. Suddenly my cholesterol levels started dropping to the mid 6's. Now my Dr's complain about my high choleterol level until they are told to read my history! Essentially I'm no salt, little red meat and absolutely no man made or adulterated foods including no sodas, especially the sugar free. I prefer natural, fresh and home made food where I know it's parentage.
There are groups of people around the world living successfully with either high or low cholesterol levels.
Cheers

How do you get the numbers like 8 or 9?
