When my son was in high school, he often had canker sores, so I asked the school nurse what can I do. She told me to get Cepacol mouthwash and have him rinse his mouth with it. It worked, now many, many years later that’s still my choice of mouthwash. I could not find it anywhere but on Amazon. Hope this helps you.
