Signatera rising during chemo

Hi everyone,

My husband has 4th stage, GEJ adenocarcinoma diagnosed in May 2024. So far he had 6 rounds of FOLFOX + Opdivo. His signatera results were lower before the treatment (around 100) but after 2 months of treatment they went up to 200. Oncologists is expecting to see a cancer growth on scans. Did anyone else see their signatera results rise during treatment? Thanks in advance

Hi Gary,

Yes, we chatted and I joined your zoom meeting for the first time. It was wonderful, for the first time since the beginning of our journey I felt understood and not isolated. Others gave me home and optimism. We'll find out the results in few hours and I'll keep you updated.
