The Gerolsteiner contains a number of electrolytes which are essential for cardiac function but why are they in a calcium supplement? If you are a cardiac patient I recommend you share the info with our cardiologist.

I drink 1/2 liter of Gerolsteiner mineral water every day. I originally bought it because of the calcium content. After drinking it for a couple of months, it also lowered my blood pressure.
That was an added bonus.
My only problem is that the carbonation is causing canker sores in my mouth. Does anyone have any suggestions or a treatment that works?
