Accupuncture seemed to help me with the pain but not the numbness. I only say "seemed" because time also passed and my neuropathy was chemo induced (and maybe some of it would have resolved anyways?). In any case, it wasn't overnight - I stuck with it for months and towards the end of treatment, electrical impulses were also added.

Every treatment method doesn’t work for everybody…but give accupuncture a try for at least 4-5 visits. Try to find someone experienced and Chinese - trained, and recommended by folks in your neighborhood. Like everything else, one must be disciplined in eating and fitness.
