It's so hard doing what we say we are going to do when we KNOW what we need to do is in our best interest, right? In grade school I hated math and balked at the math homework. My Mom always said. "Judith, you don't have to like it. You just have to do it!" Now I apply that to all the things I need to do to keep myself as independent as possible.
