I feel your pain. I am experiencing these symptoms 11 months since tkr. The experts say that these symptoms occur as a result of excessive scar tissue buildup in the individual's body. This might be true, but there are procedures that can be done to alleviate the discomfort. However, it seems as if some of these surgeons just want to move on to the next tkr surgery and cannot be bothered. Mine even refused to do additional imaging when I requested it. I believe that it is easier for them to uses scar tissue buildup as the "boogeyman "I wish there was a way for them to be held more accountable.
Suggestions for possible relief: Reach out to other orthopedic surgeons for their opinions, ask for a cat scan and ultrasound. Research Lyson removal surgery, manipulation, arthroscopy, white needling. Continue to do therapy and applying icing or heat.
