Does anyone have RA side effects on Tymlos
The last few years I have had very little problem with RA flares. I have been on Tymlos only 4 days, but the RA has been rearing its ugly head again. Very painful in my wrists, hands, and knees. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have lupus and did not experience any flares. However, I was, at first, unable to tolerate a full dose and went down to 1/4 dose (2 clicks of the pen) and moved up slowly week by week, eventually sticking with 7 out of 8 clicks. You could try that. It seemed my body (and immune system) adjusted over time. Everyone is different but worth a try!
