Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?

So you find the tingling/pain is cyclic? I find this and can’t quite figure out why. I know I have less issues in am and more in late afternoon. I’m pretty good when exercising until my feet get hot sweaty and tingly.
I’ll try cool packs.

I find that I have less pain when walking and up on my feet than I do when elevating my feet while sitting or laying down.
