Best Cervical Pillow Anyone?

Precious Folks, I am in search for a pillow that helps with arthritis in the neck and shoulders. I am trying out my third pillow from Amazon.

I awaken early with a bad headache that is tension like up the back of my head and I can't go back to sleep. I also am often getting cricks in my neck.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Have a blessed day all of you and thank you in advance.

I use to have similar issues minus the headaches. I would mostly just have a sore neck. I am primarily a side sleeper and I have to use a CPAP so that complicates the problem sometimes. What has worked for me is a regular pillow and then having a small travel pillow that I put on top of my regular pillow to prop my neck up a little higher (https://www.mypillow.com/mypillows/goanywhere-pillow). I use My Pillow brand but any small pillow would work. The one I have is about 12 inches by 18 inches. There is also another discussion in the Spine Health Group that you might find helpful.
